Specialized Packaging

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Missing Items

Silfig is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy regarding the Mandatory Unboxing Video.
  • You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Reports must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery Area
