No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales at Silfig.com are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” aesthetic preference, or any other reason.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for any products once the transaction is completed and the item has been shipped. By completing your purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund policy.

Damaged or Wrong Items

At Silfig, we take extreme care in packaging our delicate silver-coated antique decor to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please follow the guidelines below:

Quality: The video must be recorded in high resolution with clear lighting.

Continuity: The video must be a single, continuous shot from start to finish. Any video with cuts, edits, or pauses will be automatically rejected.

Verification: You must show the original, untampered shipping label and the sealed package before you begin opening it.

The Reveal: The video must clearly show the product being removed from the box and the specific damage or the incorrect item received.

Timeline: Damage must be reported with the video within 24 hours of delivery. Without a proper video, no claims for our silver-coated products will be entertained.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your video is approved, we will process an exchange or a full refund based on current stock availability.

  • Exchanges: Your replacement item will be delivered within 10 business days.
  • Refunds: Credits will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once the item has entered the packaging or shipping phase, the order cannot be canceled.

Custom and Silver-Coated Items

Please note that all custom-made orders and Silver-Coated antique items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
